TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1.1 Legal Capacity: Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess the requisite legal maturity in their jurisdiction to enter into binding financial contracts and purchase commercial digital assets.

1.2 Member Area Security: Registered customers maintain absolute responsibility for preserving the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and two-factor tokens. Seciko Store disclaims liability for damages or unauthorized transactions resulting from customer credential mishandling.

1.3 Guest Checkout Availability: Customers may acquire services without prior registration (Guest Orders). In this mode, customers must supply a legitimate and accessible email address. Order receipts, API license keys, and proxy server credentials will be delivered instantly to the checkout display and the registered email.

2.1 Settlement Currencies & Gateway Fees: Domestic orders settle in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), while international shoppers can leverage live dynamic rate calculations in United States Dollars (USD). Gateway administrative charges (e.g., standard QRIS or payment processor tariffs) are itemized transparently prior to payment confirmation.

2.2 Exact Amount Verification: For payment methods requiring unique transaction codes or automated bank listener verification, customers must transfer the exact nominal amount down to the final digit to ensure automated real-time matching.

2.3 Invoice Expiration: Each generated payment link and QRIS barcode operates under strict countdown timers. Payments completed after invoice expiration without prior administrator notification may result in automated order cancellation and require manual ledger reconciliation.

4.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Goods: Given the instant redemption and consumable nature of digital licenses, vouchers, and bandwidth, completed payments are Final and Non-Refundable, except under the explicit warranty conditions defined in Section 4.2.

4.2 Warranty Replacement Grounds: Product replacement, credential re-issuance, or store credit adjustments are granted exclusively if:

• The delivered voucher, CDKey, or login credential is verifiably invalid, expired, or non-functional upon initial receipt (claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery).
• The purchased item is out of warehouse inventory and our fulfillment team cannot supply the allocation within 48 hours of payment.

4.3 Warranty Voidance: Warranties are voided immediately if credentials fail or become suspended due to customer policy infractions (such as mining on RDP instances, multi-device credential leakage, or scraping target domain blacklists).

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Seciko Store infrastructure or assets for:

• Engaging in financial deception, credit card fraud, money laundering, or statutory cybercrimes.
• Propagating malware, ransomware, botnets, or executing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) assaults.
• Distributing illicit content, unlawful media, hate speech, or materials contravening Indonesian or international laws.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, price manipulation bugs (*Seciko Shield Enforcement*), or attempting unauthorized API gateway intrusions.

Seciko Store reserves the right to amend, update, or revise any portion of these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this URL. Continued interaction with our services constitutes affirmative acceptance of the revised contractual terms.
